Biography

Alexander O. Polyakov received his Ms. degree in computer engineering in  Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (afterwards St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University), his Ph.D. in 1979 and his Dr.Sc. in 1995 (Engineering Sciences). In 1996 he became a Professor of "Intelligent Control Systems" Department of St.-Petersburg State Technical University - SPSTU.
